Wasatch Reading Summit – Applying the Science of Reading in the Classroom

The Wasatch Reading Summit is an educational professional development conference that focuses on the best practices, based on the Science of Reading, for instruction in Utah.
With the latest research, educators, professionals, and parents learn methods for helping struggling readers. Breakout session will focus on how to take the knowledge gained from LTRS training and the Science of Reading and implement them in Utah’s classrooms. Session will also address how to improve comprehension, how to differentiate math instruction for students who are not finding success and the impact that dyslexia has in our schools including actions to help students find success.
National leaders in writing, reading, comprehension and math will keynote our conference. There will also be breakout sessions.
